A smaller cousin of the Stegosaurus, Kentrosaurus lived in the late Jurassic period. It was unique in that it possessed spikes not only in its tail but also on its back along with plates.

Kentrosaurus was a medium sized Stegosaurid that was 15 – 18 feet long and weighed 1 to 1.5 tons. Its tail constituted more than half of its overall length and had a formidable thagomizer at its end. The long tail results in a center of mass that is located far back for a quadrupedal animal. This enabled the Kentrosaurus to quickly rotate around and point its tail at any threat. Its tail had almost 40 caudal vertebrae which could have helped swing its tail in a wide arc. It would have also struck at opponents at a speed of almost 50 km/h.

In Game Attributes

Kentrosaurus can inflict Bleed and it has high damage as well.  They are not very fast but it has one of the best turning radius in the game. They can also use their shoulder spikes to tackle predators near their sides. They are however very hard to hide and their health is also quite average.
